myanRead — ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မူဝါဒ
အတိုချုပ်: myanRead မှာ account ဖွင့်စရာ မလိုပါ။ ကြော်ငြာ (ads) မပါပါ။ Analytics သို့မဟုတ် tracking SDK တစ်ခုမှ မထည့်ထားပါ။ သင်ဖတ်နေတဲ့ စာအုပ်ဖိုင်တွေ၊ highlight/bookmark/ဖတ်ပြီးအဆင့် မှတ်တမ်းတွေ အားလုံးဟာ သင့်ဖုန်းထဲမှာပဲ ရှိပါတယ် — server ဆီ တင်တာ မရှိပါ။
၁။ ဘယ်အချက်အလက်တွေ ကောက်ယူလဲ
က) အဘိဓာန်မှာ မတွေ့တဲ့ စာလုံးများ (dictionary-miss reports)
အဘိဓာန်မှာ မပါသေးတဲ့ စာလုံးတစ်လုံးကို သင် ရှာကြည့်တဲ့အခါ အဲဒီ စာလုံးတစ်လုံးတည်းကို developer ရဲ့ server (sarphat-api) ဆီ ပို့ပါတယ်။ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်က အဘိဓာန်ထဲ ဘယ်စာလုံးတွေ ဖြည့်သင့်လဲ သိရဖို့ပါ။ အတူပါသွားတာက ဖုန်းအမျိုးအစားနဲ့ Android version (ဥပမာ — “Onyx BOOX Note Air3 (Android 12)”) ပါ။
စာလုံးဝိုင်းရံနေတဲ့ ဝါကျ၊ စာအုပ်နာမည်၊ ဖိုင်လမ်းကြောင်း စတာတွေကို မပို့ပါ။ သင့်ကို ခွဲခြားသိရှိနိုင်မယ့် ID (device ID, advertising ID, account) လည်း မပါပါ။
ခ) Feedback
App ထဲက 💬 Feedback ခလုတ်နဲ့ သင် စာပို့တဲ့အခါမှသာ — သင်ရေးလိုက်တဲ့ စာသား၊ app version၊ ဖုန်းအမျိုးအစားနဲ့ Android version တို့ကို ပို့ပါတယ်။ ဆက်သွယ်ရန် အချက်အလက် (email/ဖုန်း) ကို သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် စာထဲမှာ ရေးထည့်မှသာ ရောက်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး မထည့်လည်း ရပါတယ်။
ဂ) ဘာသာပြန် (Translate)
စာသားတစ်ခုကို ဘာသာပြန်ခိုင်းတဲ့အခါ အဲဒီ စာသားကို Google Translate service
(translate.googleapis.com) ဆီ ပို့ပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ Google ရဲ့ service ဖြစ်လို့
Google ရဲ့ privacy policy အောက်မှာ ရှိပါတယ်။ ရလာတဲ့ အဖြေကို နောက်တစ်ခါ မြန်မြန်ပြနိုင်ဖို့
သင့်ဖုန်းထဲမှာပဲ cache လုပ်ထားပါတယ်။ ဘာသာမပြန်ဘဲ ဖတ်ရင် ဘာမှ မပို့ပါ။
၂။ ဘယ်အချက်အလက်တွေကို မကောက်ယူဘူးလဲ
- နာမည်၊ email၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ် (feedback ထဲ သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် ရေးထည့်တာမှလွဲ၍)
- တည်နေရာ (location)၊ contacts၊ ဓာတ်ပုံ၊ microphone၊ camera
- Advertising ID သို့မဟုတ် အခြား tracking identifier
- သင့် စာအုပ်ဖိုင်များ၊ စာအုပ်စာရင်း၊ highlight/bookmark/note များ
- ဖတ်နေတဲ့ အချိန်/အလေ့အကျင့် စတဲ့ analytics data
- Account — myanRead မှာ login/register မရှိပါ
၃။ ဘာကြောင့် ကောက်ယူလဲ (legal basis)
အထက်ပါ အချက်အလက်တွေကို app ကို ပိုကောင်းအောင် ပြင်ဖို့ (အဘိဓာန် ဖြည့်ဖို့၊ bug ပြင်ဖို့) သာ သုံးပါတယ်။ ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ ကြော်ငြာအတွက် သုံးခြင်း၊ profile ဖွဲ့ခြင်း လုံးဝ မလုပ်ပါ။ Feedback နဲ့ miss-report ပို့တာက သင့်ဆန္ဒအရ (consent) ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
၄။ ဘယ်နေရာမှာ သိမ်းလဲ / တတိယအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ
- Cloudflare Workers + D1 — sarphat-api ကို host လုပ်ပြီး ပို့လာတဲ့ စာလုံးများ/feedback ကို သိမ်းထားတဲ့ နေရာ (Cloudflare privacy policy)
- Discord — feedback ရောက်လာကြောင်း developer ဆီ အကြောင်းကြားဖို့ webhook (Discord privacy policy)
- Google Translate — ဘာသာပြန် feature သုံးမှသာ (Google privacy policy)
ဒီအပြင် ဘယ်သူ့ကိုမှ အချက်အလက် မပေးပါ၊ မရောင်းပါ။ ဥပဒေအရ တောင်းဆိုမှုရှိမှသာ ချွင်းချက်ဖြစ်ပါမယ်။
၅။ ဘယ်လောက်ကြာအောင် သိမ်းထားလဲ
အဘိဓာန်မှာ မတွေ့တဲ့ စာလုံးများကို စာလုံးနဲ့ အရေအတွက်အဖြစ်သာ (ပေါင်းစည်းထားပြီး) သိမ်းထားပါတယ် — တစ်ဦးချင်းကို ပြန်ခွဲခြားလို့ မရပါ။ Feedback တွေကို ဖြေရှင်းပြီးတဲ့အထိ (များသောအားဖြင့် ၁၂ လအတွင်း) သိမ်းပြီး နောက်ပိုင်း ဖျက်ပါတယ်။
၆။ သင့်အခွင့်အရေး — ဖျက်ပေးရန် တောင်းဆိုခြင်း
သင်ပို့ခဲ့တဲ့ feedback ကို ကြည့်ချင်ရင်၊ ပြင်ချင်ရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဖျက်ချင်ရင် app ထဲက 💬 Feedback ခလုတ် ကနေ အကြောင်းကြားပါ။ ပို့ခဲ့တဲ့ ရက်စွဲခန့်မှန်းချက်နဲ့ စာသားအနည်းငယ် ထည့်ပေးရင် ရှာရလွယ်ပါတယ်။ ရက် ၃၀ အတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမယ်။
App ကို uninstall လုပ်လိုက်ရင် သင့်ဖုန်းထဲက data (စာအုပ်စာရင်း၊ highlight၊ bookmark၊ cache) အားလုံး ပျက်သွားပါတယ်။
၇။ ခွင့်ပြုချက် (permissions)
myanRead က INTERNET ခွင့်ပြုချက် တစ်ခုတည်းသာ တောင်းပါတယ် (ဘာသာပြန်၊ feedback ပို့ရန်)။
စာအုပ်ဖိုင်တွေကို Android ရဲ့ system file picker ကနေ သင်ရွေးပေးမှသာ ဖတ်ပါတယ် —
ဖုန်းထဲက ဖိုင်တွေကို အလိုအလျောက် လိုက်ရှာတာ မရှိပါ။
၈။ ကလေးများ
myanRead ကို ကလေးများအတွက် အထူးရည်ရွယ်ထားတာ မဟုတ်ပါ။ အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်အောက် ကလေးများထံမှ အချက်အလက်ကို သိလျက်နှင့် မကောက်ယူပါ။
၉။ လုံခြုံရေး
Server ဆီ ပို့သမျှ အားလုံးကို HTTPS (TLS) နဲ့ encrypt လုပ်ပြီး ပို့ပါတယ်။ သိမ်းထားတဲ့ အချက်အလက်ကို developer တစ်ဦးတည်းသာ access ရှိပါတယ်။
၁၀။ မူဝါဒ ပြောင်းလဲမှု
ဒီ မူဝါဒကို ပြင်ရင် ဒီစာမျက်နှာမှာပဲ တင်ပြီး အပေါ်က “နောက်ဆုံးပြင်ဆင်သည့်ရက်” ကို ပြောင်းပါမယ်။

myanRead — Privacy Policy (English)
In short: myanRead has no user accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. Your books, highlights, bookmarks and reading positions stay on your device and are never uploaded.
1. What we collect
a) Dictionary-miss reports
When you look up a word that the built-in dictionary has no entry for, the app sends that single word to the developer's server (sarphat-api) so the dictionary can be improved. It is sent together with your device model and Android version (e.g. “Onyx BOOX Note Air3 (Android 12)”).
The surrounding sentence, the book title and the file path are not sent, and no identifier (device ID, advertising ID, account) is attached.
b) Feedback
Only when you tap the 💬 Feedback button and send a message: the message text you wrote, the app version, and your device model / Android version. Contact details reach us only if you choose to type them into the message.
c) Translation
When you ask for a translation, the selected text is sent to Google Translate
(translate.googleapis.com) and is therefore subject to Google's privacy policy.
The result is cached on your device only. If you never use translation, nothing is sent.
2. What we do not collect
- Name, email or phone number (unless you type it into a feedback message)
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
- Advertising ID or any other tracking identifier
- Your book files, your library list, or your highlights, bookmarks and notes
- Usage analytics or reading behaviour
- Accounts — myanRead has no sign-up or login
3. Why we collect it
Solely to improve the app: to know which words to add to the dictionary and to fix bugs you report. The data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to build a profile. Sending feedback and miss reports happens as part of using those features and is your choice.
4. Where it is stored / third parties
- Cloudflare Workers + D1 — hosts sarphat-api and stores the reported words and feedback (privacy policy)
- Discord — a webhook notifies the developer when feedback arrives (privacy policy)
- Google Translate — only when you use the translation feature (privacy policy)
We do not share or sell data to anyone else, except where required by law.
5. Retention
Missing words are stored only in aggregate (the word and how many times it was reported) and cannot be traced back to an individual. Feedback is kept until the issue is resolved, normally no longer than 12 months, then deleted.
6. Your rights — access and deletion
To see, correct or delete feedback you have sent, use the 💬 Feedback button in the app. Including the approximate date and a few words of the message helps us find it. We will act on the request within 30 days.
Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data (library list, highlights, bookmarks, caches).
7. Permissions
myanRead requests only the INTERNET permission (for translation and feedback).
Book files are read only after you pick them yourself through the Android system file
picker; the app never scans your storage on its own.
8. Children
myanRead is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Security
All traffic to the server uses HTTPS (TLS). Stored data is accessible only to the developer.
10. Changes to this policy
Any change is published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
